    • We advise you arrive at the Pier 1 hour before departure to Asiatique as there may be traffic in the area.
    • Public transportation can be accessed by BTS to Icon Siam and by BTS from Saphan Taksin BTS
    • All guests are provided with pre-arranged seating on the cruise. If you have a preference for a specific deck level, please include your request when booking. We will forward your request to the cruise team, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed.
    • Pier Boarding - We suggest that you arrive early as the pier can be very busy during the boarding process
    • Food - Please note that food stations are on all levels on the cruise ship

Please present your Confirmation/Voucher or Photo ID in exchange for your pass for the cruise. Twilight Cruise Check In: 4.00pm to 4.45pm latest for a 5.00pm departure. Main Cruise Check In: 7:00pm to 7:30pm latest for a 7:45pm departure. **Please ensure that you are at the Pier on time. We suggest being at the pier from 30-45 minutes early. The boat will not wait for late passengers. There will be no refunds for late or missing passengers** Any changes to your booking, IAsia Thailand will contact you.
